Happy weekend all, Steve will be leading the ride this Sunday, he is planning a steady 15 miler, the weather looks mild for the morning so no ICE!!!!  Steve is carrying his cracked rib so the ride will be a 'get back into cycling steady pace'.  I am riding horses instead tomorrow so see you all Monday night, meet at the community center.  I will attempt to hijack a fitness instructor to give us some pointers......
